My name is Zach I will be a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador from September 18, 2007 until December 1, 2009. My job title is "Youth Developer."  As far as I understand, I will be mentoring youth in various capacities from teaching English to teaching IT skills to health education to secondary projects such as sports programs and youth groups. I'm incredibly excited to uproot my life for 2.25 years for this adventure and I look forward to assisting the wonderful people of El Salvador in any way I can.

I hope this site is useful for anyone interested in joining the Peace Corps, anyone interested in El Salvador, or most importantly, any of my family and friends who want to stay in touch with me and experience my life as best as I can illustrate it! Also, one intention of this site is to create a rich and positive interaction between myself and any of the readers so that we can educate each other while learning about and appreciating the world in which we all live.
